Many of you  know I have a clothing line called Brick Built Booty that celebrates the bump and grind of building the booty into a Brick Built Booty. 🙂

On my Brick Built Booty site, I just started featuring some of the best booty’s in fitness and thought why not share some of that content with the cutie community.

As a competition suit designer and posing and stage presence coach, I get asked all the time to design bottom cuts or provide posing strategies that highlight the booty. Especially from my Bikini clients. In fact, the conversation always tends to lead to what is the best way to build and pose the booty.

Is Your Booty an ASSet or a Liability?

As you and I know we are all blessed with different body types. Some may think of their booty as an ASSet while others would rather say their booty is a liability! I say, let’s work with what you have and turn your booty into Brick Built Booty! Because regardless of where you rate your booty a better one can be achieved if you are committed to putting in the work.

Booty building has always been an area of insane focus for me since I started competing seven years ago because unlike some competitors I was not born with the golden booty genetics. My booty was definitely a liability.

Today although my booty is a still a work in progress I can say I have come a loooong way since I first started. And I owe my progress to studying the training protocols of competitors who have the best glutes in the sport.

So I thought it would be a great idea to share cutting edge booty training plans in one place so the cutie community can have a one stop resource guide to help build their best brick built booty yet.

  • If you’re a beginner start light and do 3 instead of 5 exercises.
  • Safety first – It’s always a good idea to use a spotter for those last few heavy reps.
  • When using the leg press machine press through your heels to target those glutes.
  • If you’re advanced add partial reps at the end your sets (an additional 5 reps with a shorter range of motion).
  • Use a far forward foot position when doing the Smith Machine Lunges.
  • Alternate your legs to keep your heart rate up during each set rather than resting in between.
  • Never lock your knees when performing these workouts.

So there you have it awesome training advice from IFBB Bikini PRO Amanda (“The Booty Queen”) Latona as she takes you to the gym for a Brick Built Booty workout.
