Shawn's Couture Cuties Sponsorship Agreement

The purpose of this document is to set forth in writing the terms and conditions of the agreement reached between Shawns Couture Cuties and . This agreement is in full effect for the 2022 calendar year.

By signing this offer, you have accepted the sponsorship terms and conditions and your agreement is complete and active.

Your sponsorship requirements are as follows.

Agreement Period. This Agreement shall commence and end as of the dates specified in your agreement details above.
Definition of Certain Terms. The following terms have the following meanings when used herein:

(a). "Endorsed Product" shall mean goods and services designed and sold by SPONSOR.

(b) Define Full Sponsorship:

Full Athlete Sponsorship:

- (1) One fully encrusted couture competition suit. With additional suits handled on a case by case basis

- (1) Custom posing practice suit

- Access to Back Stage Pass Lite

- Access to Virtual Posing & Presence Coaching*

- 15% OFF Show day glam services (Hair & Makeup)

- 20% OFF Retail items (Clothing, Cutie Beautie Makeup, Swag Gear, etc.)

- 15% OFF 1 on1 Posing & Presence Coaching

- FREE Access to Sunday with Shawn (SWS) group posing workshops**

* Virtual coaching is strictly video submission only. You are invited to submit your posing routine video via our BackStage Pass Posing Portal. In turn, I will respond with my coaching critiques also by video. I will not be meeting you in real-time.

** A $5 gym day fee is required to attend SWS. We pay the fee to the Shop Gym in advance. And ask that you reimburse Shawn's Couture Cuties promptly.

Ambassador Athlete Sponsorship:

- Eligible for a Full Sponsorship Based on Commitment & Effort

* Virtual coaching is strictly video submission only. You are invited to submit your posing routine video via our BackStage Pass Posing Portal. In turn, I will respond with my coaching critiques also by video. I will not be meeting you in real-time.

So that covers what you can expect from Shawn's Couture Cuties.

Now let us review what we expect in return.

Contract Territory. Worldwide.

Use and Endorsement of Endorsed Product. ATHLETE agrees that she shall use exclusively endorsed competition suits while competing in fitness competitions and events during the Agreement Period. ATHLETE also agrees to the following expectations, code of conduct, and deliverables.

Positively promote Shawn's Couture Cuties on social media platforms, i.e., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc. An expectation of (4) four posts monthly promoting Shawn's Couture Cuties is the standard.

Supporting Shawn's Couture Cuties promotions by liking, sharing, and commenting on our sponsored ads and post. Please focus on commenting and sharing.

Providing credit to Shawn's Couture Cuties in media appearances or interviews for all services we provide, including your competition suit, posing & presence coaching, hair & makeup, etc.

Indicate on all social media accounts that you are a Shawn’s Couture Cutie Sponsored athlete with backlinks to our website and social media pages.

When you compete or attend shows; take, at least, one photo in Shawn’s Couture Cutie gear and post via Social Media. (limited promotional pieces will be provided at no cost to sponsored athletes)

Participating in Shawn's Couture Cuties affiliate marketing programs: The Preferred Partner Reward program and the Cutie Challenge.

Embracing the Shawn’s Couture Cutie core values. Present yourself in a manner so our core values shine through. Below are the core values that we embrace at Shawn’s Couture Cuties.

C-CHAMPION-Be a champion in everything you do. How you do anything is how you do everything.

U-UNITY-Working together toward the greater good. And that starts with Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a community special. Unity is the strength of a thousand. When there is teamwork and collaboration, great things can be achieved for you and everyone involved.

T-TEACH-Make time to pass down your knowledge to your peers. Especially the up-and-coming competitors. The goal is to leave our sport stronger and better than we found it. Teach one reach one.

I-INSPIRE-Lift your teammates up, and live your life to inspire others. Lift up the Cutie Community members, your peers, and every soul you encounter.

E-Enthusiasm-Have fun! Smile, laugh, and enjoy the process! This is not a life or death journey, so don't make it one. :)

S-STRENGTH-Show your strength not by how many shows & trophies you win but by constantly striving to become a better version of yourself, and with your newfound power, reach back and pull someone up who is struggling. :)

Finally, please conduct yourself with Cutie Class at all times. Remember, you represent the Shawn's Couture Cuties brand, and you're an extension.

Be aware of your actions when attending shows and engaging on social media. Speaking negatively of other athletes, teams, judges, our federation, etc., is not acceptable and will result in the revoking of your sponsorship.

Remember the golden rule; "if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing." It's ok to have a unique voice but remember how much influence your words can have on others.

Admin Requirements

- You are encouraged to attend the monthly athlete meetings. The meeting allows me to share what shows I am working on attending, upcoming events and promotions, and so much more.

So Please join the Sponsored Athlete Facebook group, so you are notified when these meetings are scheduled.

- If you do not compete in 2022, the suit designed for you must be returned in brand new condition, or you will be responsible for the total retail cost.

- After you have completed your 2022 competitions, you may keep your suit. However, please do not resell or allow others to borrow or rent your suit. All proceeds must be paid to Shawn's Couture Cuties if you resell or rent.

- When referring a potential client, it's encouraged that you let us know their name or have them inform us. We want to be sure you are getting credit for your referrals.

- When you refer new clients, you'll receive cash rewards via the partner rewards program. Plus, you will move closer to winning an all-expense trip to Mr. Olympia weekend via the Cutie Challenge!

- Sponsored athletes & ambassadors who shine and put in the effort to promote our brand are eligible to have their sponsorships renewed and extended year after year.

Indemnification by ATHLETE. ATHLETE shall hold SPONSOR harmless from any liability or expense (including legal fees and costs) arising from any injury to or damage to ATHLETE or any Athletes from any injury caused to others by them, during competition or training.
Employer/Employee Relationship. SPONSOR agrees that ATHLETE’S relationship with SPONSOR shall be that of an independent contractor and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing an employer/employee relationship between SPONSOR and ATHLETE or any Athlete.
Confidentiality. All parties, including but not limited to ATHLETE and SPONSOR, agree to keep all terms of this agreement, strictly confidential.
SPONSOR has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason with or without cause, including unsportsmanlike conduct or a breach of any term of this Agreement.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between

SPONSOR and aforementioned ATHLETE. Upon its execution, this Agreement cannot be altered or modified except by an agreement in writing signed by both parties and shall supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, and such prior agreements shall thereupon be null and void and without further legal effect.
